At this venue, you'll find a wide range of classes for children working towards stages 1-6. We are here six days a week, so there are plenty of sessions to pick from.

PaddlePod (Whitley Bay)

What makes it so awesome? Our newest PaddlePod venue features a lovely 10m swimming pool, as well as a cafe and play area. You'll also find brand-new changing rooms, and viewing windows that look onto the pool. Oh, and a pirate ship! That's right... a pirate ship!

The pool

A lovely 10m x 5m pool, which is 1.2m deep throughout. Accessed via village-style changing rooms, the pool is perfect for beginner and intermediate swimmers.

The pool at PaddlePod (Whitley Bay) is used to deliver lessons for children working towards stages 1-4 only.

Facilities

Easily accessible by car and public transport, this PaddlePod venue is ideally situated in the centre of Whitley Bay. Inside, there are two viewing windows onto the pool where you can sit and watch the lessons take place.

Sport Central (Newcastle)

What makes it so awesome? The pool at Sport Central is fantastic, and we use it to deliver lessons for beginners all the way up to pre-competitive swimmers. It's a great place to learn for those who want to get a taste of competitive swimming, too!

The pool at Sport Central is 25m, and ranges from 1m in the shallow end, to 2m in the deep end. It's a lovely, warm environment too - and we love swimming here!

You'll find SwimNE at Sport Central every Saturday and Sunday, and we offer classes for children working towards stages 1-10 from the city centre venue.
