Training with us allows you to meet key members of our team, to see our premium learn to swim venues, and could open some exciting doors for candidates want to be part of an innovative, industry-leading, and fast-growing swim school like ours.
Our next course - STA Award in Teaching Swimming
Our next STA Award in Teaching Swimming course is taking place in early 2025 at our PaddlePod (Killingworth) venue.
Dates for the course are as follows:
- Saturday 11th January (9am to 6pm)
- Sunday 12th January (9am to 6pm)
- Saturday 18th January (9am to 6pm)
- Sunday 19th January (9am to 6pm)
- Saturday 1st February (9am to 6pm)
- Sunday 2nd February (9am to 4pm)
100% attendance is required in order to complete your qualification
You will also need to ensure that you can meet the following requirements before attending the course:
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Hold a current membership with the STA
On successful completion of the course, you will be able to gain employment as a swimming teacher and work with non-swimmers through to improver participants.
How to apply
This course costs £395 per candidate and includes face-to-face sessions and assessments.
