Paying for your swimming lessons
You pay for your SwimNE lessons via a monthly subscription. You'll pay the same amount each month, regardless of how many lessons you have. The video above explains exactly how this works.
If you look on your Doddle account, you will see your account balance. Your account balance is calculated by looking at how much you have paid via your monthly subscription payments, and how many lessons will have taken place by the end of the current term.
Sometimes, we do need to cancel lessons. This might happen due to COVID-19 restrictions, bad weather, or an issue at the pool. If your lesson is cancelled - and we try to do this as rarely as possible - you won't pay for that session. Your monthly payments will still say the same, but the balance of your account will reflect the fact that that lesson didn't go ahead.
